President Bannon would disagree.

Trump: Schumer doesn’t like Bannon because Bannon hates The Jews. Get used to him running the country while I get back to tweeting full time.

I think what Senator Schumer is saying is that alternative President Bannon is operating the country while under the influence.

Bannon sees to it that he gets things done. Bad things, to be sure, but if he wasn’t there, the Grabber in Chief would likely spend his entire day yelling at CNN.

Just worth posting again, while waiting for SNL…

Per earlier stories, Schumer has his heart in the right place, but I want to see him drop the qualifiers like “I think…” and start using declarative fucking sentences and not use “worry” so much. Take out the rhetorical blunderbuss and start firing at will!

What, you don’t think a white supremacist, likely neo-Nazi Fascist should be heading the National Security Council and whispering in the President’s ear? Can’t imagine why?

And please Chuck, forget using the term “alt-Right” They are white supremacists, racists, fascists and likely neo-Nazis. O.K.?

@gregangelo I don’t see a problem with beginning a sentence with “I think”, it’s what most people here do and it’s almost second nature when it comes to making a statement. Schumer is trying to be civil in the face of uncivil people in the White House misleading the country.

I totally understand the desire for civility. I also believe wholeheartedly that it will not be returned – not by the Republicans in Congress nor the White House staff. I don’t think Schumer should be intemperate, but I do endorse strong and decisive statements that are not couched in any way. Qualifying phrases are not nearly as persuasive as definitive ones.

We don’t need to be dicks. We just need to be the authorities on what is right for this country. We need to take it out of the realm of opinion and into the realm of fact.

Putting aside the question of how more aggressive Schumer should be, I regret reading the comments posted on Yahoo in response to what he said. Angry people shouting at each other in a closed circle of hell.
