Discussion: Scaramucci: 'Pocahontas' Jab In Front Of Navajo Veterans Is Just Trump’s ‘Style’

“It’s a little shock jockey and listen, I think it’s the style that got him elected,”

Fine, Howard Stern for President.

Somehow, I think we actually might be better off in that case.

Just in case you’d decided the Mooch was a vaguely amusing figure but generally harmless. He’s like anyone else in the Trump entourage. Ultimately, a slimeball.

Native Americans think its an insult. End of conversation.

he’s expressed a level of the discontent about the current order of operations inside of Washington and I think he used that kind of style and that kind of delivery system to do that.”

Many of us prefer a different kind of style and delivery system to express our discontent about the current order. “I hereby sentence you…” comes to mind as more appropriate.

Scaramucci said he thinks people are getting a little too “micromanaging” about “each other’s languages and the whole political correctness movement.”

Yeah, I agree. A great deal more use of the words Nigger, Wop, Kike, Redskin, Faggot and Spic in public discourse would go a long way in the healing this nation needs. Trump and Mooch are just men ahead of their time.

Scaramucci is correct. It is the “style” of The Short Fingered Vulgarian to be vulgar. Little Donnie is a person who works hard every day to disgrace the office he holds.

For Trump it’s as effortless as breathing and pissing I imagine. I doubt he works hard at much of anything, or ever has.

Yes, it is.

I miss the days when we had a president whose style it was to inspire people to be better to one another, and had kind, respectful, generous words for just about everyone he spoke to - sometimes even (to my occasional chagrin) his political opponents - as opposed to the current president whose style is to say out loud whatever stupid, demeaning, insults pop into his hollow skull.

Trump was standing in front of the portrait of Andrew Jackson who was horrific to native Americans, and than to top it off called a democratic woman senator Pocahontas which is a very racial slur. Any republican who don’t come out and say how racist Trump was is a coward.

“What do you do in a situation like that? I tell you what I do,” he said as he theatrically brushed fake insults off his shoulder. “And that’s what you do, you have to do that.”

Less than a week after he had his lawyer send a letter threatening to sue a student newspaper unless it retracted comments in an editorial written by a grad student referring to him as “irresponsible,” “inconsistent,” “unethical,” and who “makes his Twitter account available to friends interested in giving aid and comfort to Holocaust deniers” and, “cares about gaining attention and nothing more.”

[/quote]That was just the student’s writing style. Mooch shouldn’t be trying to micromanage the newspaper’s language by threatening a lawsuit.
