Discussion: Sasse: Trump Disclosing Sensitive Intel To Russia 'Is Just Weird' (VIDEO)

Is the GOP slowly beginning to reveal something that looks kind of like a spine?

Shorter Idiot: It would be downright illegal if Hillary/Obama/AnyDemocrat had done the same exact thing. They will be in jail. Trump… is ok even if I dont like him.
McCain: I concur.

Just weird

A very funky choice of words, right there.

A coy and careful cock-tease, isn’t he? I love the illusion of maverickiness in the morning.

Wow, sounds like a full throated denunciation. I’m sure he’ll be following it up with other powerful adjectives like “odd”, “unideal” and “not woke.”

Is this the best we’re gonna get from elected GOPers?!

Sasse: Trump Disclosing Sensitive Intel To Russia ‘Is Just Weird’

No. It’s dangerous. Trump’s claiming that he’s into baroque bassoon concertos would be ‘just weird.’

“Weird”? Is that the Nebraskan word for espionage?

it’s not weird, the malformed carrot needs to give them info because Putin has dirt on him and he’s chins-deep in debt to the oligarchs.

No. Trump has significantly reduced our power on the international stage with this event, while at the same time increasing the direct dangers we face from terrorist attacks both locally and abroad. That’s not “just weird”. He has simultaneously made us weaker and more vulnerable, for absolutely no gain for the country…but merely to fluff up his personal ego.

Treasonous is the word Sasse would be using right now if a Democratic President did something like this. And its the word he would be using now if he had a spine.

Oh, it’s just weird, but Trump’s just such a lovable scamp so #MAGA. Amiright, Republican traitors?

“Just weird” is a) a description of Trump’s entire presidency; and b) the kindest comment I’ve heard about what Trump did at the meeting last week.

It would be weird if he hadn’t been visiting with the Russian spies his FBI chief for investigating his involvement with. But he was.

So, I have to disagree. It’s not really weird at all.
Sasse had earlier noted that National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster’s response to the Post’s reporting was “a pretty technical quote.”

“I think it’s actually something quite different from a full rebuttal of the story,” he said.
Wonder how McMaster feels watching his reputation swirl around with the turds going down.

Someone commented in the past day or two about McMaster showing up in civilian clothes. I think we are going to get used to that picture pretty soon.
