Santorum added there was a 99 percent chance that then-campaign manager Manafort was a ā€œlone wolfā€ in his dealings with Russia and the rest of the Trump campaign was unaware of his actions.

That’s your prior, Frothy. We’ve got a bunch of data now, and it’s about time to compute the posterior probability. When I did a trial run, using your prior, I got this:

P{Trump’s Posterior is in Very Hot Water | Current Publicly Available Facts} = 0.99.

Santorum: Trump Had To Hire Manafort Because ā€˜Nobody Wanted To Work For Him’

True enough, but Manafort had his own attraction. Remember, those two had been close for over three decades. Paulie the Perp even had a home in Trump Tower. Trump knew Paulie to be a fellow lifetime grifter.

This is supposed to help whom, please ?

Manafort ? Nah
Donald ? Nah
Santorum ? Nah, The Judas position is not really in vogue, yet…

I’m from Pennsylvania. We knew what Santorum was long before Dan Savage ever got involved.

It doesn’t seem like much of a revelation that Trump was surrounded by unprofessional and shady advisors who were advising an ethically bankrupt candidate and team very comfortable with breaking the law after decades of practice.

What is the Judas position?

I’m at work and accessing the Christianist Kama Sutra is inadvisable…

He hired Manafort because he knows him very, VERY well and Manafort agreed to work for NOTHING (as instructed by Putin.)

I can believe some of this but Manafort as a rogue does not pass the smell test. There is that old saying: where there’s smoke, there’s fire and Trump has always surrounded himself with a lot of smoke–and gas.

There were 2 vulnerabilities:
He was so rock stupid no one would work with him
All his people were therefore russian operatives, crooks and 3rd-rate players

There was a glaring vulnerability in your party Santorum
You had stopped caring about truth and justice in your party, and left it wide open for this disease to infect your wound

But I appreciate your Buddha nature in putting them as vulnerabilities instead of character flaws

Trump hired Manafort because he needed someone to be the go between Trump and Russia. It was Putin who strongly suggested to Donald Trump that he put Manafort in charge of his campaign.

that’s the official photo of this father of 4 and his true love and they didn’t bother to fix the red eye?

I think the hack of the RNC’s emails must have been much more damaging to the GOP than we appreciated at first.

Republicans are acting like they’re being blackmailed- and I hope Mueller has been able to uncover the evidence to hold them all accountable.

So then, when trump found out that the people around him were colluding with the russians, he immediately contacted the FBI and called for a full investigation, as any patriotic american would do. Oh, wait.
