You can’t equate our weather with weather elsewhere exactly. We’re in the monsoon season up here and we’re having a good monsoon season so far - lots of rain. Sometimes too much, since we tend to flash flood here when we get rain but the rain is always good.

That really nails the absurdity of the imagery, doesn’t it? This isn’t an adult father stepping in to help his young son. The son is forty years old (?). A dad helping out his six-year-old is touching and admirable. A seventy-year-old man stepping in to help a son who is by any reasonable measure an adult in his own right? Really not the same.

Just saw on business news. Scareydouchey was going to get a tax deferment on sale of his company since he was taking a government job. Now that he’s fired, before the sale is complete, the deferment is void and he will have to pay millions.
