Does it just seem that way to me, or does Sanders spend an awful lot of time whining about anything Clinton says that he doesnât want to hear?
I sure hope the big Friday news dump is better than this puerile shit. Gimme somethinâ juicyâŚitâs April Foolâs Day FFS!!!
Time for my annual pilgrimage to YouTube to watch the BBCâs 1957 speghetti trees story.
To be fair, heâs whining about her whining. I hope they both STFU and donât fall into a whining feedback loop.
Jesus wept. The idea that Hillary is going to be soft on global warming and CO2 because people who work for oil companies gave her superpac money is the most sophomoric Emocrat drivel of a primary that is rapidly descending from thoughtful and issue-oriented and substantive into âweâre getting down to the nut-cutting and everyoneâs going a little crazyâ stage.
It isnât just you. Everyone who doesnât like Bernie saying things they donât want to hear about Hillaries past policies, record, or campaign contributors interests thinks that too.
And Iâve also got to say that Iâm on my own last nerve with ever deeper descent of far too many of Bernâs online supporters (who, by and large, seem to be the same people who spent most of Obamaâs two terms confidently predicting that Obama was going to gut Social Security and that the ACA was the most evilest thing ever) into a fantasy world where Hillary is some kind of two-dimensional cartoonish supervillian.
And I say this as a person who said a lot of really mean things about her in 2008 . . .
Sanders is a smear artist. Iâm glad she called him on it. Campaigns by law do not control either superpacs nor do they control other outside groups that support them. So if it is fair to say that it is âherâ superpac (he has one too by the way), it is fair to say that it is âhisâ NRA and he should not have accepted the ad the NRA ran in support of him.
Lyinâ Hillary! Apologize!
God, Iâve had enough of crap haiku from the GOP side already⌠donât get it started here on our side as well.
OK⌠enough
the kids donât like it when mommy and daddy fight⌠leave this crap to the Republicans, pleaseâŚ
I love how I must be a lobbyist for the fossil fuel industry now because I work for Chevron and have donated to Hillaryâs 2008 and 2016 campaigns (full disclosure â total for this year is, wait for it, because you know those of us in the oil & gas industry â well those that are still left after 100K+ have been laid off â are super rich⌠$100.)
Iâm sure sheâs ready to do my evil bidding now. Did I mention that I also gave $50 to the Sanders campaign? Ipso facto, heâs in the fossil fuel industry pocket as well!
Sanders campaign: âWe see your victim posturing and raise you a demanded apology!â
Next up:
Clinton camp: âSanders camp must apologize for demanding an apology!â
Sanders camp: âClinton camp must apologize for demanding an apology for our apology demand!â
Voters: (Yawn.)
< accusatory announcer voice, ominous incidental music >âWhat do Hillaryâs own allies say about her?â< /accusatory announcer voice, ominous incidental music >
And you can imagine the rest. Very short-sighted and dog-in-mangerish. Sheâs in scoring position, pass the damn ball.
Data-Gate â Rummage through your oppononentâs voter files then sue the organization that maintains the database for not stopping you from doing it. Thatâs classic Sanders for you. On top of that, baselessly accuse your opponent of doing the same thing, which Sanders does in his lawsuit.
Bernie as I, you are in your 70s, isnât it is about time you grow up and get down from your high horseâŚ
Yep you got it.
No, it isnât just you. Sandersâ campaign and his minions have turn into the equivalent of #nevertrump 24/7 because he canât talk about his suggestions, like free college, without answering the legitimate questions about how he is going to implement all his pie-in-the-sky swill.
His ârevolutionâ has never materialized and heâs gotten petulant as hell.
The only saving grace there is that most of Sanders attacks on Hillary are coming from the leftâŚrepublicans really arenât going to go after her for giving Goldman Sachs speeches or for her vote on Iraq. (well, Trump might on the latter one). Such attacks carry no weight with the target audiences and open them up for some rather brilliant counter attacks from Hillary that expose the right in ways they would prefer not to discuss.
They will, however, play up the bigger meme of Sanders people (by saying her own party)not trusting her, without going into details. This will be advanced by the âBernieBrosâ that we see trolling us daily right now, all across the social media.
Sanders IS going to cause problems for us in the General, whether he intends to or not. He hedged again this morning, for example, on whether or not he personally would support Hillary if she is the nominee, and instead said something to the effect that is sure that Democrats will unite around beating Trump, whoever the nominee is.
He has to stop that sort of crap yesterday. He is perfectly aware that he is tossing fuel onto a fire of a subgroup of his supporters who are thrilled at the implied idea of ratfucking Hillary and making Trump the presidentâŚto âfurther the revolutionâ
Iâm pregnant with your love child Sniffit! Itâs an online miracle! (Sorry; itâs the best April Foolâs joke I could come up with in short order).
