Discussion: Ryan: It's 'Critical' To Focus Is On Fixing FISA, Not Impugning 'Integrity' Of FBI

What a lying weasel. He knows damn well what the purpose of this memo is - to cast doubt on the integrity and independence of the FBI.

No Secret left unexposed to our enemies, correct Mr. Speaker?

Devin, how do you like out on that plank? Still feeling good about all your life decisions, who you trusted, who you backed, whose shackles you fastened to your ankle?

Ryan states: “It is clear from this memo that didn’t happen in this case, and as a consequence an American’s civil liberties may have been violated.”

What is his legal proof other than his opinion based on the limited information released?

Sorry Ryan, you let the cat out of the bag now it is your cat.

What’s wrong, Paulie? Didja get fucked over by Devin’s steaming pile of yak shit? Feeling it sneaking up behind you to bite you in the ass?
Not one of these traitorous motherfuckers ever said a goddamned word about “fixing FISA” before, but now Ryan is oh-so-concerned that civil rights may have been violated. Oh dears! Tell that to the guys in Guantanamo who are held with no proof whatsoever, asshole.
If the Blue Fairy had appointed Jiminy Cricket to be the conscience of Paul Ryan, Jiminy would have shot Paul Ryan in the head years before he even stared driving that fucking Wienermobile.

That train has left the station and it’s going to end up just like the train you were on to attend your “retreat”.
Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee voted Monday to release the memo,
They also just voted to reauthorize the FISA court system as is, which seems like relevent information to a story like this.

I hate emojis. I never use them. However, this time one is the only appropriate response.

Trying to have it both ways, probably afraid of anyone remembering of that shady deal he did or that 15 year-old girl that he screwed. The FBI at the end of the day are cops and you do not fuck with cops unless you have a very good reason and are convinced that you will be able to stand the retaliation.

Holy crap, this hypocrisy is unbelievable!

Didn’t the Republican Congress just reup FISA by blathering on about national security? They’ve never taken the concerns of civil libertarians seriously, and now they do so disingenuously. Ryan is a ridiculous character without an ounce of integrity.

It’s more like they have a tiger by the tail, and no anyone that knows about tigers will tell that no you are not safe, tigers are extremely flexible.

Though it would be the equivalent of committing political suicide, I’m good for Trump and the other Triumvirate members (Ryan and McConnell) giving it a shot.
