BTW: With respect to the economy, DOW, etc…THANKS OBAMA. LOL. That’s some mighty fine spin work there. I don’t believe for one second that a person smart enough to rise to the level of RNC Chairwoman actually believes for a second that a Democrat claiming “I will work with the President when it’s good for the people of Virginia,” had any appreciable impact on a race in which said President endorsed the opposing candidate, and the opposing candidate embraced the “principles,” such that they are, of said President (even if not embracing the President himself).

Gillespie used the Trumpian style and wanted his supporters without fully embracing the main man.
Trounce sort of supported Gillespie then pretty much backtracked the second the embarrassment kicked in.
Its Roy Moore all over again but in reverse. Either way, its clear that Trounce thinks he can always pull off a win/win even when he repeatedly loses.
