Did he resign because his feelings were hurt or did he resign because he is about to be indicted?
Indictment to follow?
Huh? Why? Just because he was a Russian agent?
Haberman is a terrible reporter for a failing Mexican newspaper. This can’t be true.
The IRS knocked on his door last night about the Russian money.
One week you’re on the cover of Time; the next week you’re doing time.
Manafort, scandals aside, was the last vestige of conventional presidential political thought in the Trump camp. Look for it to get crazier going forward.
It’s sooooooo hard to Chair a scampaign when your busy fleeing the country.
Leaving to spend more time with his family - in Russia.
Don’t let this go. Manafort’s resignation does not change the fact that Trump hasn’t released his tax returns, he himself does have Russian $ connection, and there are still other pro-Russia whacks remaining in the campaign.
Looks like Putin pulled the plug on him! Sad.
Oh wait, maybe this was why Trump was tweeting about how dishonest the NYT is getting. Manafort can’t be the sensitive type so I’m guessing indictments are in the offing.
Personally, I have been disappointed with Haberman and the NYT often during this election cycle. I prefer the halcyon days back when they tried to at least pretend that they didn’t have a dog in the hunt.
But we’ll know the story is true as soon as Katrina Pierson denies it.
Apparently his triumphant return to US politics did not go quite the way he envisioned it. Who would ever have guessed that the head of Trump’s campaign might draw some interest from the press? And that it would be a little bit more difficult to cover over a criminal past in the US than in Ukraine?
I pick door #2.
This is about to get good.
A fish rots from the head down!
Putin is calling him home to mother Russia. Next stop, a medal at the Kremlin…unless CNN hires him first.
The guy even looks like a bear. How could we have not known??
Because we all know that the best way to expand a campaign team is resign from it.
He faxed in his resignation letter from Moscow
