Unless itâs somehow spelled out in the arbitration agreement, you can most certainly get discovery in an arbitration. Itâs up to the arbitrators how much/what kind/timelines, etc. but discovery can be obtained in arbitration.

There are Russian mafia everywhere. There are probably some under your bed. Iâm pretty sure there are a couple living in the apartment above me. But as long as Manafort doesnât flip, heâs safe. Putin put out the word on that some time back. Shortly after the poisoning of the Skirpals, Putin announced that the one thing he canât forgive is betrayal. So if Manafort stays stumm, he should be safe.

Iâm sure Manafort appreciates everyone getting him a pardon and making him safe from Putin. hahaha

Iâm waiting to see what Manafort actually looks like now that he hasnât had his hair cut or tinted in a few weeks. Courtroom drawings donât capture how disheveled heâs likely to be.
