Because maybe the campaign NDA’s enforceable.

Yes, please do drag your practice of requiring illegally and corruptly funded facially illegal NDA’s out into the open through the inevitable civil action she’ll now be filing to invalidate the agreement. Well done, Stable Genius.

The 2016 Campaign is still a thing?

Honest to god, you’d hope the president of the United States had better things to do than obsess over some low-level trash talk - even if it’s true.

Shut up!”

“No, you shut up!”

"I said, shut up!"

“***You first.***”

Ad nauseam.

She’s probably judgement proof.

So, just assuming the NDA is actually valid, this is completely asymmetrical? He can call her names but she is legally not allowed to do the same? That alone should invalidate it.

It’s forever a thing in the mind of Trump and his worshippers. The zenith of their lives.

Isn’t Omarosa on record as having said she didn’t sign any NDA?

Arbitration presumably does not permit the discovery process that would take place in a civil suit. Trump et. al. really, really do not want to face discovery. Look what emerged from the Cohen case.

This is the campaign, not the White House.

So who knows what she signed, but it’s doubtful its relevant to her time as part of the administration.

She didn’t sign the post-whitehouse employment NDA. Presumably she did sign the campaign staff NDA or she would not have been working there. The NDA signed as a whitehouse staffer is assumed to be invalid and unenforceable.

She’s likely being cute with her denail. Didn’t sign one while on WH staff, but did sign one pre-election. Trump may even have her tied up with one she signed during the Apprentice days, with the language saying it’s in effect if she is ever in his employ or in the employ of an entity (ahem, like a political campaign committee) he controlled, in perpetuity.

Ah, got it. Thanks.

Thanks to you too!

Arbitration would be behind closed doors, if RNC monies went to Trump campaign they should demand an open trial.
