Gannon never lived there. It is the second house he rented for his ex-wife. She moved out months ago. Unlikely there have been any personal effects in that house for months.
Banning chose to claim that he intended to live with his ex-wife because his vote would have more impact in Florida than in CA or DC where he was actually living. So it’s a scam. But since it depends on his intentions it is not easily provable in the absence of evidence to the contrary amounting to a confession. – say a letter stating that he never intended to live in Forida but was going to register there anyway because his vote would have more impact.

Edit to add: Upon review of that picture I posted…That turns out to be a picture of Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, current President of Egypt, who overthrew the previous regime run by the Muslim Brotherhood. Apparently the link The Guardian provided on Mustafa El-Gindy was to this picture at Breitbart. One thing though is that El-Gindy is a strong supporter of the new regime and has issues with the Muslim Brotherhood as do most of the noodleheads at Breitbart. Sooo…my bad on the picture.

If you read The Guardian article on the two addresses at which he was registered in Florida and never ever lived you will note that two of the neighbor sources about Bannon’s lack of presence at either location were *afraid**of reprisals. So much for your earlier concern about underhanded reporting on his domestic violence charge. This person is an immoral bully. Just like Andrew Breitbart was and just like Donald Trump has been his entire life.
This is not about where he wants to vote – he may have established the appearance of being registered in Florida to get out of paying California state income tax. Florida does not have a state income tax. So is this a case of Election fraud – is it also a case of TAX EVASION? Logical question is now what does he list as his address when he files his federal tax return?
