So I imagine the Republicans will support the threats being made by their terrorist soul-mates against the Senate Majority Leader, since those threats are just a defense against “government overreach.”

Of course Senator Reid has been threatened. He had the courage to call Bundy out. A Democrat just can’t do that. It isn’t permitted by those 2nd amendment remedy types who have been told by hate radio and Fox Media that the only worthy 'murikans are conservatives and all progressives are weak kneed cowardly traitors who will keep their heads down when told by brave 'murikan Christians like are on hate radio and Fox News.

Should be able to if the threats were made by phone, mail, or email. It’s a federal offense:

18 USC § 875
(c) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
Of course, if you don’t believe in the federal government, I don’t suppose federal laws have any validity. They can tell that to the FBI.

There is a point when the loons and “patriots” cross the line and people understand their thoughts and memes are untenable and dangerous.Those that have been supporting Bundy got boomeranged by the truth and all the twisted nonsense they have been spouting in his support is obviously untenable.So…according to their unique way of thinking, they need to threaten those that call the truth to their attention.

Most of these low IQ idiots are in jail and we need to make the final push to clear out the nest of terrorists. In TX almost the entire DA office resigned in fear following two deaths.

There are good chances we will continue to have violence similar to the period right after Reconstruction where sitting members of Congress were assassinated with other violence. The period around 1917 to 1930 where Sailors rioted in Chicago over integrated beaches and finally the wave of violence known as Red Summer where Tulsa, OK and Rosewood, FL, entire cities were wiped out.

We failed to address the problems and even helped by entering into and agreement to pull Union forces from the South in a deal to win the presidency. At some point armed rebellion will require identification,addressing and using force if necessary just like the war of the states.
