Yeah, I began to suggest elsewhere: since the government is a fiction, its criminal laws and jails must also be fata morgana. So the “patriots” won’t be in a real prisons, they’ll merely be secluded by their own choosing to focus on additional patriotic deeds such as murdering the relatives of people they don’t agree with.

That’s certainly true. But we know Bundy’s friends turned a debt-collection situation into a huge armed standoff. It’s reasonable to suppose there’s substance to this and to guess what kind of people made the threats, given what we know.
