However, an unnamed “Trump friend” said the President, in the Post’s words, “enjoyed watching his dinner partner grovel” at a highly-publicized dinner at Jean-Gorges in New York
“The President” ?? And why would President Obama enjoy that ?
I’m pretty amazed that Mittens never saw that coming considering how he attacked Rump during the primary AND what happened to C. Christie.
Oh, and you have to scrap NATO and…say, do you like borscht, Mitt? I mean ALOT?
Perhaps the writer was looking at it from how Trump views himself…
This once again exposes what an insecure teenager Trump is.
I don’t recall Obama asking Hillary to apologize for things said during the campaign when he nominated her for Sec of State. And Hillary would not do such a thing if she were elected and nominated Bernie Sanders for something.
Trump never forgets an insult. He is a child in the playground. Winning the Presidency is secondary to settling scores. He is graceless and cannot change. Keep the pressure on.
Not at all, Sanders is a gentleman. And Hillary is a lady. They are both mature adults, like Obama.
Trump is a wise ass punk. He actually makes W Bush look mature and polished.
“close Romney ally”
Ann, c’mon Ann, you don’t need to keep carrying water for your husband. He self-castrated by dining on frog legs with Trump. There’s no need to polish that turd.
Trump actually played the rich kids dad in the 1994 movie the Little Rascals…bad casting, he should have played the kid…
Oh yeah …adults…
something that will be in short supply for the immediate future
I never thought I’d be writing these words:
Well done, Mr. Romney.

He is graceless and cannot change. [/quote]
The word “graceless” is a perfect summation of Trump. He is a vile human being.
Good for him. Nice that he has a backbone.
A fine tax dodging duo. Mittens wanted some tax tips from Prez Treason so it was worth the humiliation.
He didnt care to see anything other than what he is going to get. He is just another typical Republican politician(I am certain there are many unprincipled Dems as well).
I would say winning the presidency is tertiary. First is figuring out how he can profit off of any given situation, second is settling scores by making sure that his target is thoroughly humiliated and third is winning the election.
And calling him graceless is the most kind thing that can be said about him.
Mitt held the previous record for tax dodging and conspicuous consumption for a repub nominee - Trump made him look like a tax lover.
This may be the first evidence of it, but yes, a backbone.
"The Post, though, cited an unnamed “close Romney ally”…
Romney camp trying to rebuild his reputation after the debacle.
