Discussion: Report Reveals McGahn’s Personal Hell Of Repeatedly Rebuffing An Angry Trump

A personal hell he chose to live in because it ultimately fits his goal of trying to further the GOP’s quest for permanent minority-rules white Christian hegemony. He’s as corrupt as the rest.

No Sympathy. No Mercy. No Quarter.

Gotta love that Covfefe reacted to hearing about being investigated for obstruction of justice by obstructing justice. Smooth like sandpaper.

Should’ve Googled Donnie first, before you took the job, Don.

Any intelligent job-seeker would have done so.

Maybe some consciousness of guilt here:

McGahn doesn’t have a good opinion of Trump’s layers, that’s pretty clear…sounds like he understands the entire Trump world and their walk along the line of crime pretty well. McGahn remains a loyal Republican though, despite his unwillingness to participate in obstruction of justice and testifying about it.

He’ll be in front of a House committee soon, and it’s doubtful that he’s going to defend Trump as part of his testimony.

"Why do you take notes? "

And Barr stated that the report exonerated Trump.

Heaven help us all

I have a feeling that in the next few days we are going to hear media reports about leaks from staffers in the White House, saying that Trump considers Barr and Rosenstein to be traitors to him because they didn’t redact everything in the report, just like he did with Sessions and everyone else who didn’t permanently lodge their tongues up his ass. I’m still amazed Barr left in that “This is the end of my presidency. I’m fucked!” remark concerning the appointment of the special counsel Robert Muller. I think Barr is probably just as incompetent as Rudy and Sekulow and all the rest of the Trump Team. He is only used to being a hatchet man who tries to clear his boss, and he is not a great thinker. He proved that in his first summary weeks ago. But, believe me, Trump will be whining soon about how Barr stabbed the greatest president you’ve ever had in the back with a dirty knife!

Womp, womp. He made his bed, then was forced to lie in it. Tough shit, that’s what happens when you elect to work for the devil.

I bet Barr doesn’t take notes.

“I’ve had a lot of great lawyers, like Roy Cohn,” Trump replied, per McGahn. “He did not take notes. ”

Cohn was disbarred.

I’ve thought about this often, especially with the minimally competent ones. All I can think is that in my own life, there was a time when despite my misgivings I did things—took a job, started a relationship—because they had one or more really attractive features. I guess these people thought more about working for The President than they did about working for Donald Fucking Trump.

Thoughts and prayers to that motherfucker McGahn.

Oh yeah, a real good lawyer, he was.
