If Kerry used non-encrypted phones within range of an Israeli cell tower, he wanted the Israelis to hear what he was saying, the Israelis knew he wanted them to, and he knew that they knew he wanted them to hear it.

I’ve got no respect or regard for the Israeli government, but the U.S. is hardly in the position of having a claim to righteous outrage over foreign allies listening in on its activities.
