Had we had a President and Attorney General who cared about equal justice under the law, Bush and Cheney and their fellow war criminals would be in prison.

He’s getting a lot of flack on here and rightfully so. But at least Bush knew the basic pro forma routines.
When there was a tragedy, Bush was a person and had empathy and compassion.
