GOP: We believe in small government. It can be painful to others. Saving money is always painful.
I don’t see the issue. President Bannon approved, and that’s the only criteria.
So I’m betting the same thing will happen with:
- TrumpDontCare
- Construction plans for the wall
- Rounding up minorities for internment
- IRS tax breaks for billionaires
- Dismantling of the EPA
etc. etc. etc.

Midst all the rightful concern about his soul, mental status, and morality, has anyone else noticed that Trump appears quite pasty despite make-up, actually physically ill? Just dreadfully tired or truly chronically ill? What do good physicians in the audience think? Not wishful thinking, just uneasy.
No sweat, he’s taking his first vacation Feb 3rd.
First Husband Trump has so much to do. President Bannon needs to put down the booze, pull up his cargo shorts and help with the heavy lifting.
@catfish The man doesn’t sleep. He gets up at five or six in the morning and watches television for three hours.
Kochs not liking it:
Is this the way he will deploy our troops?
No plans, just do it for Comrade Trump who knows more about war then anyone.
I just read the article you linked to. It says that Trump still spends a lot of time just staring at the Oval Office. If only he would do more of that, and taking vacations, instead of signing executive orders to break stuff, we might actually pull through this administration OK.
Chaotic childhood, chaotic adult, chaotic businessman, chaotic Republican candidate, chaotic Republican nominee, chaotic campaign, chaotic election, chaotic transition = chaotic Presidency, a simple exercise in logic.
Dow is down as we speak, tech company CEO’s are speaking out against Muslim ban. The Kochs want their tax cuts but with as little unrest as possible. This is in direct contract to Bannon who desperately wants the country in as much chaos as possible. I wouldn’t put it past Pres. Bannon to impose martial law through his puppet Rump.
The chaos and uncertainty surrounding this EO is intentional.
"What Bannon is doing, most dramatically with last night’s ban on immigration from seven predominantly Muslim countries– is creating what is known as a “shock event.” Such an event is unexpected and confusing and throws a society into chaos…As society reels and tempers run high, those responsible for the shock event perform a sleight of hand to achieve their real goal, a goal they know to be hugely unpopular, but from which everyone has been distracted as they fight over the initial event. "
So… Gen. John Kelly accepted those brass kneepads for this job and this is the thanks Trump gives him?
Well I am SHOCKED!
No more pussyfooting around with tepid terms. This “Administration” needs to be clearly called out for what it is doing. This is very simply a Putsch - an overthrow of government - OUR GOVERNMENT. And as a daughter of someone who nearly died in The Bulge - will I comply? NUTS!
Beautiful phones, a lot of board rooms, the place is swell, and I think I can flip it for 50% more than market value…
@msilva In many ways we see now unfolding, by word and deed, he is looking to turn this diverse country of ours into a Christian white nation. Not mentioning it was Jews who were the primary victim of the Holocaust was only one shameful example.
These people are not only repressive and corrupt, but massively incompetent.
We all know that Trump is completely ignorant about government. But I thought he was supposed to know about PR and salesmanship. How could he not have realized that letting people land at US airports and then detaining them would be a flashpoint for demonstrations and media attention? Didn’t he realize that stopping the banned travelers before they got on the planes to come here would have been so much smarter?
This clown Drumpf isn’t even good at what he is supposed to be good at.
I just wonder how much White House stuff Donnie has already put on eBay?
What does he or anyone possibly gain with this? It simply destroys whatever they have. It also removes them effectively from power as it will simply fail.
