So let me get this straight: a guy who doesn’t believe in the authority of the federal court is filing a suit in federal court, and is going to ask that the government be compelled to follow the court’s directions when he has himself ignored the directions of the court. Okay then.

Well assuming it’s true, and this is Cliven Bundy you’re talking about here, there could well be a good reason for it. In a jail, as opposed to prison, someone is usually put into solitary for protection from (or of) other inmates, as a punishment for infractions within jail, such as attempts to smuggle contraband, or because they’re engaging in continuing criminal activity, or pose a risk of doing so.
Dog bites man, water is wet. Frivilous crazy-ass sovereign citizen word salad lawsuits are what these guys do.
