Did he actually find a lawyer who would file that suit? If he did, I think the court should impose Rule 11 (frivolous lawsuit) sanctions.

Ken Burnsâ documentary about the National Parks was on again recently, and I realized that Cliven Bundy is just the latest iteration of selfish ranchers that have been pulling similar stunts for over 100 years. If Bundy and his ilk watched the show, theyâd realize it wouldnât end well for them. Those who fail to study history are doomed to repeat it.

Doesnât recognize the authority of the Federal Government or the Federal courts, but files suit in Federal court against the Federal Government.

Cloven still doesnât understand that itâs a bad idea to gather a bunch of dumbos and have them aim loaded firearms at federal employees. The good news for him is that heâll have the rest of his life in an 8 by 10 cell to figure it out.

I watched it too. An incredible series and really makes you understand the history of how the parks were realized along with all of the protections. Weâre headed out west this year to Yellowstone, Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon and I canât wait! I am thankful beyond belief for the people who stood up and protected the land for all Americans.

I get the guy is conservative but it does not make sense to include Reed in the filings. If it was suing each branch it would be suing those in charge not the ones that Bundy feels a personal grievance against.

I come from a law enforcement family. My father, brother and brother-in-law have dealt with these nuts for years. They will believe ANYTHING but the truth. Dad used to fuck with them constantly. He had two families to the point where they would not eat those little cans of soup and Beanie-Weenie out of vending machines because he had told them they were loaded with mind control chemicals put there by the Jooooooos.

This man has got to be the dumbest human walking the planet at the moment! He has been in lawsuits against the federal government for nearly half his life - and he always loses! That is why the BLM was rounding up his cattle - because he lost in court, again, and had not paid his fines and penalties. You would think that this man would get a clue - but I guess he is living proof of the definition of insanity - doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. He should be locked up in solitary where they can watch him and keep him from hurting himself and others. At his age, they should also be watching for signs of violent dementia which is the only possible reason for this manâs actions.
As for his lawyer in this suit, one has to wonder why that person still has a license to practice law since this is obviously a frivolous lawsuit. Could this lawyer be hoping that because of his age, Bundy will die before trial and he can still collect his fees? It would seem likely, since then the lawsuit can be withdrawn, he can file a wrongful death suit against the feds, and collect twice. Donât you just love lawyers!?!
