Much of his grazing lands are PUBLIC lands already. There would be no need to “seize” lands already owned by the Federal Government. Other law-abiding ranchers in the area can and DO pay a grazing fee for the use of the lands. Bundy, never did.
But they are a better “value” to the Feds as grazing lands to be leased out, not as public parks.

It appears he was the only one around who didn’t know the outstanding arrest warrants would follow him until he…is…well…arrested.

This is all just government propaganda. All he has to do is explain to the court that the Federal government doesn’t really exist and all its powers are unconstitutional, and they’ll have to let him go. I can see the judge already just shrugging and saying “Sorry guys, but he’s right. Release him and apologize.”

After that, they form their citizen court and give trials to Obama and every other Fed that harassed him and then they’ll hang from their necks until they’re dead. And then we reestablish the REAL government, which gives sheriffs all the power to let every citizen make up their own legal system based upon their sincerely held beliefs; except the Negro, Mexicans, and the women folk, for obvious reasons. You’ll see. It’s just a matter of time.
