Shorter Rand: We are in so completely over our heads that nothing will change because we’ve got nothin’.
He said, he said…
BS
how will that work exactly?
they’ve already shown themselves to be pretty inept at walking and chewing gum at the same time…
I would like to see anyone in the media call their bluff about having a plan at all. Eight years of claiming a plan was almost ready, so lets see it.
Dog catches bus.
I think Rand Paul is also hair-challenged (tight perm vs. Orange nutria). I am so glad the get along so well.
It will be fun to watch the Republician dust up on repeal- replace healthcare issue, but unfortunate for the America people.
EXTRA EXTRA GOP idiots still believe anything Trump says! Living in fantasy world! Won’t see the end come until the moment before the explosion! READ ALL ABOUT IT
GOP Translation:
Rand: “We all know that in two years even our best plan will be unworkable crap. So why not throw my unworkable crap at them now? We’ll take a victory tour in the springtime…it’ll be great, Donald.”
Trump: “I like it. I like it.”
Blogger uses cliche’
In a Wednesday appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” he said “repeal and delay” could lead to insurance company bankruptcies.
Seriously, I think Rand hit on the one drawback to repeal and delay that may matter to Republicans. It doesn’t seem to concern them that people could lose coverage and die. But harming corporations? Whoah. Republicans are consistent at screwing people in favor of corporations, but hosing both would be a new level of destruction.
EXACTLY! I don’t care if it’s still in draft form - typos and all - let’s see what the GOP brain trust has cooked up as their perfect replacement for the ACA.
@tiowally is right - they’ve got nothin’
That was nice
Republicans, their supporters, and the media are awaiting directions from Putin for their next step regarding OCare.
This has been said 1000 times; why repeat it?
Just ignore it - sometimes it makes cogent comments, sometimes it just trolls…
Cannot wait for the insurer stocks to tumble. And I eagerly await the loud signal that the healthcare industry will be bailed out that will be greeted with cheers and understanding from the Rust Belt who are willing to pay for such a bail out as long as their hated Obamacare is repealed and not replaced.
Yes, this will be the side effect that gets the attention of Republicans. Especially the ones who are deeply in the pockets of insurance companies. If that’s what it takes, then carry on, Senator.

The problem is: Trump lies all the time, so who can believe this?
On the other hand, it looks like Trump will not have a “honeymoon” period and it also appears that his unfavorability rating amonst Americans is the worst of an Pres and he has not even taken office yet; so, this fact could have an affect on his decisions…so there could be a kernel of truth in what Paul states? In other words, he is reading the tea leaves and wants to up his ratings. For him, it is all about ratings.
