I really wish these nimrods would realize that they’re talking about works of fiction and not prophecies from the future. Just because someone writes about how minorities and liberals hate humanity and freedom doesn’t mean you should base your whole life on such theories. It’s possible, just possible, that they’re full of shit and should be ignored.

The article says that GWU took in from Koch $387,000 to support drug addiction and recovery studies.

This hardly makes the university a “subsidiary of the Koch Bros.”

Beyond that fact that he isn’t qualified to teach anything and especially at the university level, when is he supposed to find time for this? If he was doing a proper job as a U.S. senator (speaking in general terms here), he should have only about enough time each day to relieve himself and eat.

Is this is one of those self-fulfilling prophecy things?

Just a guess, but the final exam will probably be two essay questions:

  1. Explain in detail why Atlas Shrugged is an accurate vision of what will happen if I don’t become President.

  2. Explain in detail why The Handmaid’s Tale is total bullshit and probably doesn’t even qualify as dystopian because it’s perfectly sensible.
