At one point it was actually amusing when one or more of these GOP miscreants lived down to one’s lowest expectations. It was a kind of shadenfreuden affirmation of my sagacity. But now, it just evokes a kind of smug ennui as I observe Conservative America evolve into a kind of farcical, express crazy train on a high velocity, one way trip, to Degenerate City.

On the plus side – speaking selfishly – I am GLAD Senator Paul “changed his mind.” The way I look at it, if any Rethug whining snowflake actually votes against Trump’s or McConnell’s wishes, I expect I would suffer a fatal heart attack from the shock.
