Christ on a cracker- words fail me. It may in fact be a generation before anyone again ascends to this level of Irony.
Amen to that! Heās a fucking hypocrite.
And with that, its time to till the soil rather than listen to this Fucking Poodlehead and all others like him aimlessly throw their own dirt around.
And one last thingā¦Iām so tired of the āriot pornā the cables are showing, giving constant attention to a few bad actors. Put this in stark contrast to how the press never does this for more than a millisecond for any of the white college students tearing up and burning shit down on college campuses in the wake of winning or losing their favorite gameā¦
What this comes down to is the systematic and unequal treatment towards black communities being forced to pay for the bad deeds of others through collective punishment by strong arm tactics under color of law. White communities never have their communities cordoned off, curfews magnified or ramped up to be followed, or have their movement restricted (papers please?), or the National Guard brought in no matter the problem facing them. Police actions in white communities are time limited to the actual crime being perpetrated and brought under control. Thatās what communities pay the police to do with their tax dollars. Not stand around as if in apathy, and wait for the CVS to burn itself to the ground or stand around and watch burning vehicles set off additional fires. None of this avoidant non-action is ever employed in other arson situations. No firetruck? What the fuck? Do they think those kids all have bazookas?
The cables have once again reduced any understanding of whatās going on, in the same way they do with their hysterical coverage of school shootings and the ever popular car chases they employ to get viewers to watch. By constantly looping video of bad behavior among a few disaffected youth, cable companies have decidedly chosen to show black people in a way which it is easier for them to besmirch, thereby reducing an entire community to something no one should have empathy for and objectifying them all as troublemakers.
And all of these cable companies are doing it. All the injustice of the cause of this frustration is left out of focus on purpose. The little time that is devoted to talking about injustice at the hands of the police is now a bit of an afterthought. Theyāve now found a way to shift the conversation where they are most comfortableā¦onto the always easy to stereotype āblack crimeā rather than face what these communities have been facing for years with militaristic police tactics.
Read Ta-Nehisi Coatesā article from the other day in the Atlantic. He said it far better than anyone Iāve read so farā¦
Iāve already said too muchā¦and not in a very articulate manner either. It just makes me soooo mad to see the media do the same shit over and over again without thought.
Thank you very much, my friend. Your writings should be made into a TV special
On primetime on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, PBS simultaneuously
Eh. āDog-whistleā implies that his primary intention here is to signal to like-minded people that heās one of them.
I donāt think heās doing that.
Rather, heās speaking straight from the heart: He really is that racist.
You missed two other alcohol related charges in the city of Lexington. Your total number of citations and charges is three; itās an established fact that the number is at least five and possibly higher. Had the vehicular alcohol charges resulted in felonies (as the law typically requires in Kentucky), Paulās son would have qualified as Persistent Felony Offender. But thatās why Rand paid and sent upwards of three lawyers to deal with these problems, right?
And just to keep this friendly weāre going to leave out the likely direct appeal to the FAA made by someone on Paulās staff to drop the āInterference With A Flightā charge that went along with the Assault charge in Charlotte.
Thanks for the high-horse whitesplaining, douche.
As long as youāre bringing it up: this idiot has never processed exactly what would have happened to him if he had been black and pulled this āAqua-Buddhaā stunt.
Why of course! And that is why Chia-head Randās darling little snowflake and precious spawn (and Iām sure future date rapist and fratboy assh*le) turned out so well, huh?
From police report: [ Lexington police found William Hilton Paul at 11:24
a.m. sitting in the driverās seat of a maroon 2006 Honda Ridgeline that
had collided with a parked vehicle at 147 Woodland Avenue. The report
said Paul was āvery belligerentā and had āa strong odor of alcohol,ā
bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. [ā¦]
Paul was charged at the hospital with DUI and failure to maintain
required auto insurance, [Lexington police spokeswoman Sherelle] Roberts
said. Paul was not taken to jail because he was being treated for his
injuries, she said.]
Amazing, but typical, how these Rightie Con and Bagger āfamily valuesā fuckupsā are the very first to point fingers and blame but fail to see the breathtaking hypocrisy in every syllable they utter while ensconced in those glass houses.
If the little bastards starve to death before theyāre 10 problem is solved.
See?
You trademarked it already?? Dagā¦
Heās absolutely right. Why, without his father heād be selling reading glasses in a WalMart kiosk now.
Riots are about a communities anger spilling over after years of persecution and lack of opportunity, only a seriously unintelligent person would claim riots are about lack of fathers. Rand Paul is not fit to fulfill a leadership role in America.
Rand has a father and look at how badly he turned out. So for the 99.9% of black people who didnāt riot do we assume that their fathers are present and accounted for and that their morals are intact?
Rand Paulās lack of morals seems to come directly from his father. Rand is just too weak to take to the streets for what he believes in. That is evidenced by that video in which a Latina talked to Steve King and Rand Paul in a lunchroom and while King was talking, Paul left his lunch and slinked away to avoid the discussion.
I bet he wonāt have a consistent response to the riots Iām anticipating over the victory of the Stanley Cup and/or the NBA championship.
Addendum to post 39ā¦
The reader may see some information which seems to be GOP or ānon-alignedā (much like OCCUPY, which did not identify as pro-Democratic and had a number of Libertarians in the fold).
Focus on the Democratic Partyās connection with the people and the issues.
From my perspective, the Republican Party has forfeited its credibility for this election cycle and probably many more, notwithstanding Buddy Roemerās qualities. If he is going to do anything in any elected capacity, he better do it as a Democrat, at least for now.
In Waco on business the night Obama was elected, I followed the local news. Home of the biggest Southern Baptist university in America, Baylor University, Waco is near the historical center of lynching in Texas. Baylor is Rand Paulās alma mater.
Students on the Baylor campus, on hearing of Obamaās election, scoured Waco, gathering up Obama signs and campaign material, returned to campus, burned it and hung a rope from a tree on campus.
Rand grew up and was āeducatedā at Baylor. Im sure heās an expert on teaching them to stay in their place.
What weāre witnessing is the leading edge of the breakdown of American society. Bread, circuses, and āmanaged democracyā have their limits in placating the masses. What happens once poor people realize itās no longer in their best interest to play by rich peopleās rules?
Then Law Enforcement and Corrections come in.
Corrections is a growth industry.
It may get brutal in the coming years. However, the FOX viewers whose votes have made the GOP reign of Stupid operate will have been long gone.
