Well, we don’t complain about the bias in media for nothing. I guess their chosen meme affects some voters? Democrats know better and Republicans will vote against their own interests out of spite so the media just does the GOP’s job for them and keeps the hateful hating. Centrists fall for biased reporting, I refuse to believe that they are that gullible.
I’m pro Hillary personal and want to give her a shot, not because of some supposed inevitability but because I think that she is the woman to be our first woman President and I want to see how the nation changes under a Presidency with that perspective.
If she fails or does all the things that she is pre-accused of then in 2020 lets elect another Democrat and keep going. She won’t hurt us or wreck the Dems for decades, that is just silly.
Bill as first dude, a great VP and possibly Elizabeth Warren as majority leader, this is a dream scenario that may come true and will start changing things rapidly.
HRC will hang on to the president’s coattails, and it will be extremely helpful since so much is turning around and improving around the country, including unemployment. Coattails of a popular president are a vital commodity as President For a Minute Gore found out the hard way.
I’m really enjoying seeing where Christie is in polls versus anyone, but especially in NJ where they hate him and have always preferred HRC
Here in California there is some vague, limited chatter about encouraging Rice to run for Boxer’s soon-to-be vacated Senate seat on the R side, and the likely Democratic candidate is the current Calif AG, Kamala Harris who is very, very popular. So, I’d like to see Rice try (though she says not interested) because she’ll get the trashing she richly deserves…
The Latino vote will go to whomsoever gets them what they are after, which may never happen, so in the meantime, its who is at least trying and attempting to ease their worries whilst the ridiculous process goes on.
The Republicans tried for about a week in 2012, since then, its all deport and dehumanize.
Jeb Bush can’t win being pro immigrant, think Romney, and once he goes the self deport route or whatever to win in the primary, he’s dust with the Latinos for eternity.
Really, and what do you want to bet they were not among the 85 million who voted in 2014.
“It gets us back to stuff people find unpleasant about the Clintons,” Miringoff said.
Wtf, the predictions of these political “experts” where they start looking for stories and trends to fit their worldview is annoying. Here’s a suggestion, how about reporters and pollsters just do their jobs without the commentary.
Ain’t that the truth. It’s the job of the pig rich Koch Bros to sell Scottie, sell him hard, real hard, as they are well aware he is indeed the classic empty suit, a personage of no consequence who if pressed, couldn’t organize a two car funeral. But they also know they will need complicity from the corporate media by setting the expectation bar just above the curb - and keeping it there. Can they pull it off or will Scottie fuck it all up for them, you know, Scottie just being Scottie…
So you bet a billion bucks hoping the American voter doesn’t see your candidate as that which he truly is, more than anything else, a dunce.
Scott’s obsession with union busting led to this very telling statement: “the most significant foreign policy decision of my lifetime” was then-President Ronald Reagan’s move to bust a 1981 strike of air traffic controllers, firing some 11,000 of them." As you can see he is in over his head if he truly believes this domestic issue was indeed the most significant FOREIGN POLICY decision of his lifetime.
Walker…out of his depth…making Rand seem statesmanlike.
Darrtown’s mentioning of the word “debate”, dealing with Walker is analogous to one mentioning the words “Israeli trial” with Eichmann.
Walker had a really accurate slip of the tongue when he stated that his portrayal as equating union workers with ISIL was off by a land-mine. He amended the sentence, but most people hearing him knew he stepped on one.
Alternate phrasing…
“Let us prepare for the Human Sacrifice”.
according to a new McCatchy-Marist Poll
The joke’s on us.
Walker is unelectable and will never hold national office. Please nominate him. Ha.

Yup. Did you see how quickly Sen Warren jumped on thatt? Let’s hope Hillary’s gang is just as quick and decisive.
I am absolutely certain that you and I are aware, in every sense, of the reality you are describing. So are many others. What I am hoping is that this awareness can become a social artifact. Much like the accepted reality that minorities have rights (because even that was a process).
I am afraid that the one group of people (those under 40) who are numerous enough to stave off the Republicans (FOX may have gotten too many of us over 50) is still under the impression that social media is as powerful agent of depicting social reality as the MSM.
This is a serious error, in my opinion.
Every republican candidate lead the pack at some point in the last primary season. Everyone save Huntsman, of course. . Even Rick Perry and The Donald were the front runners at one point.
The election is in November, 2016. That’s almost TWENTY MONTHS AWAY.
Christ on a christmas cracker, these pollsters think the election is going to be held tomorrow!
“air traffic controllers”
You do know air traffic controllers are the vanguard of ISIS don’t you? How do you think those 9/11 terrorists were allowed to take off? AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS IS HOW.
You mean like GW Bush and Ronald Reagan? Be careful what you wish for.
Clinton is NOT a certainty.
What are the people who’ve been wanting a Hillary coronation for years going to do when there are no Nader supporters to blame things on?
They going to claim it’s the fault of the people who wanted Warren all staying home or some other BS?
One of these days the Democrats may learn not to run conservatives.
