Yeah, but this isn’t Trump,and these are criminal charges, with eyewitnesses and multiple videos of the event happening.
They will delay it until after the campaign, and then try to quickly settle the whole matter, paying her to drop all charges. And while technically, it wouldn’t be up to her (crimes are against the State, not the individual), without her testimony, the case becomes a lot harder to prosecute.

This is what happens when you don’t delegate your bullying. If a member of Trump’s security detail had knocked her down from the front to"clear a path for the candidate" charges would have been much more difficult to file.
