yeah, all the little kids insulting each other in the playground are tossing around zingers like “demagogue” all the time!
lol, it’s not name calling, it’s a descriptive term. One that a lot of listeners had to actually look up (it was high on google search that night from what I heard). But by all means, Pence, keep talking about it, the more you do, the more folks are going to google it. So, please proceed.
Well, if anyone hasn’t noticed…Trump and his campaign have already retreated into the conservative news network. I seriously doubt we are going to see many interviews on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC,etc.going forward. They have so inflamed the national press corps, and are such blatant liars, that they really don’t have any choice.
The problem with that approach circles back to the point I keep making. Trump can’t win through subtraction. Hunkering down inside safe Fox and related media means no outreach to do addition.
Ralph, I think you were the one who liked MST 3000. The head writer for the new season on Netflix which is going into production is the former head writer for the Daily Show. I wish the season started before the election.
The President didn’t call Trump a demagogue, he subtweeted him.
Anyway, is it vaguely possible that this “Name calling has no place in politics” is some kind of veiled form of protest by Pence against his own new boss? Or is Pence not subtle enough for this?
The Pence national humiliation and grovel has truly begun.
Does anyone here remember the name William Miller?
I’d like to begin a contest to create the best acronym for what will no doubt be a long string of Pence attempts to combine both independence and fealty.
Example: Pence Ensures Nativist Christian Exploitation

The best line at the convention was when the president referenced his Scotch-Irish Kansas ancestors, who didn’t spend a lot of time looking for their birth certificates…
