It was interesting to watch her last night. She was on stage at CNN when the CNN post debate poll results came out, (Only non-committed voters were polled) showing that 57% thought Clinton won the debate, with only 34% thinking HO had won. Her reply? “What debate were they watching?”

When you have no honor I guess you always want to somehow split the difference when you’re presented with what to an honorable person would be a clear moral choice. What kind of person supports Trump for President, knowing what he is?
I certainly agree with the pundits who say Trump threatening to jail her is the most important thing said. But I was really struck by the last question about can’t you say something nice. It seemed like a plaintive, naive, and falsely equivalent beseeching that things go back to normal, with normal candidates talking about normal issues. The asker just doesn’t realize we’re not in Kansas any more. And we all have to struggle to see it. You don’t want to. But here, as they say, we are.
