Discussion: Pelosi Slams DOJ For Attacking ACA While It Should Be Vetting Mueller Report

She’s managing to get the attack on the ACA in every conversation about the Mueller report. Excellent.

“How can I say this more clearly?” she added. “Show us the report.”

It is called a “subpoena.”

There, I spelled it out for you.

Power means nothing unless you use it.

Pelosi is slow-walking all the investigations.

Impeachment Now!

They gave them a deadline for early next week, gotta at least give them the chance to comply before using a subpoena.

No, you don’t. The Republicans don’t deserve any chances. They only understand power.

I don’t believe that Nancy does not understand the tasks at hand.

Darn right, Madam Speaker. Don’t let them move on to destroying the healthcare system.

Keep playing by rules the GOP doesn’t and the voters clearly don’t care about.

And your implication is that Nancy Pelosi does not understand how to wield power.

She is all about power. And long range strategy.

Indeed.

So “weak.”

She’s learned a thing or two in 30 years in the House, and several terms of being Speaker. She was also the staunchest BHO could have asked for in getting ACA passed. In general she knows far more than some TPMers who limit her persona to one of grifting and self enrichment.

Bravo, speaker Pelosi. No minced words, you’re the best.

The healthcare system does need to be destroyed. And replaced with a single payer one (whatever you want to call it). No Trump won’t do that, but Dems need to stop defending the ‘health care system’ as we have it like it’s a good thing.

You’ve heard the expression fool’s game? It’s the definition of engaging with gh.

I’ve always thought so from my perch in her SF district. :grinning:

And I’m glad you did. Short, sweet and to the point.
