That’s like saying “This isn’t who we are as a nation,” and both are wrong.
If we didn’t have an inherent nastiness within us as a people, now encouraged by leadership rather than suppressed, we wouldn’t as a nation be tolerating Trump. And if Kirstien didn’t have a serious streak of hate within her, she wouldn’t be where she is today.

Not to be a downer, but can you think of ANY people offhand that don’t have a dark side? Hopefully, humans may eventually evolve out of it, but so far I doubt Vegas would give you good odds on it…
