OMG, Paul Ryan is still around?

Shut up, Eddie Munster, you’re not being reelected so your opinion is null and void

I didn’t think he was allowed to have his own opinions… I thought he had to have the permission of a majority of the majority before he could open his mouth.

Ryan is right (of course, he wouldn’t say it out loud if he was running for re-election this year, the fucking goon-faced wuss) about Trump not being able to end birthright citizenship with an executive order, but I believe he read the Constitution about as much as I believe he read the entire “Atlas Shrugged”.

“you cannot end birthright citizenship with an executive order.”

Paul Ryan needs to review Trump’s Article XII powers.

No thanks. I’ll masturbate with a cheese grater before I would ever stoop that low.

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) drew a line in the sand Tuesday, asserting definitively that, despite President Donald Trump’s belief, “you cannot end birthright citizenship with an executive order.”

I’m withholding judgement until the Wampanoags, Pequots, and Mohicans weigh in.

You know, as a conservative, I’m a believer in following the plain text of the Constitution, and I think in this case the 14th Amendment is pretty clear, and that would involve a very, very lengthy constitutional process.

I’m really thinking about bookmarking this quote, but I’m not sure as to why.

I just would have expected Ryan to shut up and go away since I never thought for a minute that he really gives a fuck.

Let’s be clear… He knows that this will require an act of Congress, and so his comment is basically a veiled invitation to the president to bring it on over and let him (Ryan) help make that happen.

Amirite?

Does anyone here believe tRUmp would include his Florida properties that are used by pregnant russians for the very purpose of gaining birthright citizenship in the executive order?

the executive order may have a melanin concentration clause; any absorbed light = automatic disqualification for birthright citizenship

No because Ryan can’t make that happen either.

It doesn’t take an Act of Congress, it takes amending the Constitution.

Considering that it would require a 2/3 vote in the House and Senate and ratification by 3/4 of state legislatures I think it is more of a veiled invitation for Trump to shut up.

A tip of the hat to @tena and our previous discussion on this topic
