He did no such thing. All he did was inadvertently point out how fucking stupid his Dear Leader is regarding the workings of government and, more so, the Constitution. Then he went back to the gym for some much-needed selfies and mirror-time.

If a President can eliminate the 14th Amendment with an executive order, then the Second Amendment can be nullified just as easily. Somebody mustâve explained that to Ryan.
