How can they Sue in a Federal Court AFTER Supreme Court of The United States rejected their application for them to hear the case. The Federal Court will toss the case.

Exactly. Besides with the fact Supreme Court of The United States refused to take the case will weigh heavily on the Federal Judges decision. I am pretty certain he will site the Supreme Court of The United States decision not to hear the case and toss the law suit on those grounds.

We are working on it. Itâs at least a century too late, but we are working on it.
Here in Ohio, a referendum will go on the ballot in May that will limit the legislatureâs ability to gerrymander. It wonât eliminate it, but it will limit it and if a gerrymander is imposed it must be revisited in four years. Gerrymanders wonât automatically last the full Census cycle.

No if the Feds Toss the suit. And this is highly likely since the Supreme Court of The United States refused to hear the case. Then the republicans HAVE NO CHOICE they have to accept the redrawn districts.

The Constitution says nothing about REDISTRICTING. And that may undo them. The Courts are not deciding the manner or place to vote or whom to vote for. The republicans violated state constitution. Supreme Court of The United States has refused to hear the case. Which also will weigh heavily on the judges decision. And if it violated the US Constitution the Supreme Court of The United States would have taken the case. And I donât give a damn what they want. They cheated and that in my book is the greatest travesty of all. But they have the right to sue.

I tend to agree with the notion that âwe should go high when they go lowâ however I would like to pose the following scenario;
The democrats take over the Senate in 2018. In early 2019 there is a SCOTUS vacancy. Does the new Democratic Senate Majority leader tell Trump that the senate will not confirm nor hold hearings on any nominee until after the 2020 general election?
I maintain that those who say that two wrongs donât make a right and that we should honor Trumps authority to nominate a justice to the SC are painfully mistaken. The GOP must realize that what goes around comes around. Otherwise they will take us for suckers time and time again.
