As for JBC’s Comment about a 3 year suspended sentence, it is possible. The closest historical precedent I can find about a similar incident in the last 20 years is the so called Montana Freemen standoff in 1996.
The leader of the standoff LeRoy M. Schweitzer died in prison. It is rumored that some of the people associated with the standoff have been held in the Communications Management Units in Terre Haute, Ind., and Marion, Ill., aka 'Guantanamo North’.
