Discussion: Omarosa Plays Tape Of Kelly 'Threat,' Claims She's Heard Trump's 'N-Word Tape'

Finally tapes of the corruption that is this REGIME. Not an Amarosa fan, but the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Love it, if you can deliver more in late October.

And you pray it works because Omarosa will just keep coming at you.

“Donald K Trump is calling for a complete suspension of all MUSLIMS” from entering the U.S…"
…So none of these prior statements convinced her he was a racists???

I’m old enough to remember when an American President brought two high ranking Russian agents into the Oval Office with a Russian camera crew -unattended - and outed an undercover spy.

Her opportunism ≥ his racism.

WTF was Omarosa doing in the Situation Room in the first place? I thought that conference room was strictly for classified intel briefings, meetings and decisions.

There are real questions about this woman’s credibility throughout the fiasco–the idea that she only recently had 20/20 vision about who and what the Trumpster is/was–is pretty hard to swallow. She got in on the grift, and then was pushed out as a liability.

But . . .I’ll give her this: she stated clearly that she was, in fact, complicit in the duping of the American public. I haven’t heard that from anyone else involved in the debacle. Other than Gates sitting on a witness stand with a nice deal folded in his pocket

Maybe Omarosa will start a trend. We can hope do!

In the purported recording, which would constitute a serious breach of White House security, Kelly is heard complaining about her “significant integrity issues” and saying that he wants to make her departure “friendly” and without “any difficulty in the future relative to your reputation.”

From WaPo.

She should have told Kelly, “dude, ‘significant integrity issues’ and reputational issues are the only reasons why we all got a job here to begin with.”

It’s deliciously ironic that while the Administration would love to hammer her on the SCIF taping violation, they have to tread very carefully not knowing how much else she has on tape. Which leads you to believe she’s not even close to being the lowest of the lowlifes there.

This all seems to work like a huge distraction in Trump’s favor.

Apparently, back in 2013, Omarosa was working for a Clinton Pac, Ready for Hillary, and telling the world: “All of us have to stick together and get behind this sister.” As for joining the Trump campaign, Omarosa was courted by Michael Cohen, Corey Lewandowski, and Donald Trump, she says. Who could say no to an offer like that?

Looking back at her brief White House tenure, Omarosa writes: “If I get hurt, if somebody cuts me, I bleed.” But a marked lack of introspection permeates Unhinged.

Reliving the Access Hollywood tape episode, Omarosa explains that she “could not abandon” Trump on account of loyalty and her remit – to handle the campaign’s “ever-growing woman problem”.

For the record, Trump’s purported use of the N-Word, which made headlines last week, was never much of a secret. It had been reported in the press for years. Against this backdrop, Omarosa would be hard-pressed to claim ignorance. Or an epiphany.

They know better than anyone what they’re dealing with, and that they have to be careful. She may not be the lowest, but she’s no prize. She plays that tape and then says it proves things it doesn’t prove at all. You could send an official inspector into that whorehouse and I guarantee the report would come back that it’s virgin-free.

“But when he talks that way, the way he did on this tape, it confirmed that he is truly a racist.”

When will they get it? You are not a racist just because you use the n-word. How you comment on race, sex, ethnicity, and how you use your comments on race, sex, ethnicity determine that you are a racist, misogynist, asshole, bigot, scumbag.

So what’s Omarosa’s Loosey Goosey Integrity Index number?

I think it was Seth Meyers who observed that any room she enters becomes a Situation Room.

My own observations are, of course, less mordant:

  1. Ms. Manigault-Newman may be saying that the recorded conversation occurred in the Situation Room but we do not actually know this to be true. There may have been more than one conversation between her and Kelly on this topic.

  2. Nonetheless, we have to concede that, starting with Trump himself, the regime has shown very little concern for the niceties of security (and that’s putting it mildly) — so that if the recording did occur in the Situation Room, it probably shouldn’t surprise us.

  3. By now someone has won the race to hack into Ms. Manigault-Newman’s phone (and associated records, and other perhaps people’s phones and records as well). I wonder who it was and what else they found.

I dont think that she is relying on this book to set her up for life. I think she wants to expose the administration. Omarosa knows she’s no gem in the black community and is now a new pariah for Trump followers so her book may slump like Spicey’s. . She also was offered a hush-up bribe of $15,000/ month, just like Trump’s ex-bodyguard… but she turned it down! So what other motivation would there be??

Well you have to believe she was offered the money to start with. This is nothing but getting even on her part. What the truth is, who the hell knows? Let’s ask Jerry Springer.

I am sorry, but that she felt it was appropriate to take a recording devise into the White House is shocking all by itself. I suspect she might have violated some national security laws, if so she should be prosecuted. If not the laws need to be changed.
