Discussion for article #230464
Explain to me once again how a police officer can shoot a young man multiple times from over 100 feet away, killing that young man and claim it was done in “self defense”, and not be indicted by a grand jury to stand trial. I just want to know how that can happen in the USA’s system of justice. If the situation were reversed, and the young man had shot and killed that cop, that young man would either be in jail now or already shot dead by another cop.

no chance… People of ferguson don’t care about the grand jury they just want a chance to do violence. CBS reported two people were arrested for buying different parts to make explosives. This is going to be ugly and wont be the cops fault

Don’t believe a word that the FBI, CBS, ABC, NBC, Fox says, ever. All of this is fascist propaganda. Something may be true they say, but their track records argue against any truth coming from these vapid dolts.

Judging by the inflammatory and provocative remark you’ve posted, I have to ask: Do you want this already-tense and tragic situation to boil over into even more violence?

Obama, the most violent War Criminal in Chief dissuades others to be peaceful while he destroys millions of lives and nations worldwide with his weapons of mass destruction? Oh yeah, he can do that with impunity because he is the Nobel Peace Prize winner. How could I have forgotten that?
It’ll be the grand jury’s fault.
He is the President so he has to say that but realistically it’s disingenuous. There is going to be violence if there is no conviction, because the people of Ferguson will have no other recourse at law. If you want people to abide by the law you have to show them that the law works for them.
When people kill your loved ones, in broad daylight, in front of dozens of witnesses of all races, even though your loved ones were surrendering, and the law tells you that the killer has done nothing wrong, then the law is not working for you.

I say get all the decent people out of Ferguson and let them riot. Let the KKK cops deal with that. They deserve it.
Darren Wilson will be resigning from the police force very soon, and if he’s indicted he will be fired.

The President offers advice good on any day of the year.
Remember the Republican Convention in 2004? That is the example the Ferguson protesters need to emulate when the verdict is given. The only difference might be that the Ferguson protesters should be wearing THESE, with a big SD card and permanently turned to “ON.”
