âUntilâŚthey come for YOUâŚâ
Oy Vey!
While this ad is not overtly anti-Semitic, I think there is little doubt as to the subtext. I guess HO has just unleashed the beast, and all the bigots and haters feel free to show themselves. Itâs disgusting and âdeplorableâ and I do hope the GOP pays for this next month. Some folks still want to pretend itâs the 20th century (or the 18th!) but the calendar and demographic changes will soon prove them wrong.
Something doesnât connectâŚ
Donât all the bible-thumping RWNJâs profess to love and worship only Jesus, who was a Jew?
Donald Trump: âThe only kind of people I want counting my money are little short guys that wear yarmulkes every day.â
âHeadlined âDonât fiddle with New Yorkâs property-tax capâ and includes an image of Adam Haberâs face photoshopped onto the body of a character in Fiddler on the Roof.â
Just in case thereâs anyone left who still doesnât know what âMake America Great Againâ meansâŚ
Hereâs the answer.

Donald Trump´s not an anti-Semite! He even hires Jews to handle his money, ´cos they´re so good with it!
The one they worship became blond and blue eyed when he converted.
In response to the drastic drop-off in campaign funding due to Donnieâs monumental gaffes, Team Drumpf has relocated to new quarters. Donnie is only charging his foundation $100,000 per week for rent.
Aryanized?
Iâd say itâs pretty overt. There is no rational way to interpret it that isnât anti-Semitic.
Bunker Room banter!
Itâs also just an unforgivably lame ad.
This is definitely racist. The fiddler is wearing a tallit under his vest. So Haber is depicted as a cartoon Jew. Maybe not purely anti-semitic, in that itâs not outright calling Jews anything, but certainly some racist shit.
O/T, but the headline nearly made me have a drink before cocktail hour
The irony of this ad is the original star of Fiddler, Zero Mostel was blacklisted back in the HUAC era. The same folks running the ad would love a 21st century version of HUAC. "Have you ever been a âŚ
That ad made me feel creepy all over. Of course itâs only a couple of weeks since I was at the house where the Wannsee Conference was held, so Iâm just a touch sensitized. (And yes, a lot of the decades-earlier rants look troublingly familiar.)
