Discussion: NRA Tweets About Kids Having Fun At Shooting Range After Uzi Accident

They are having TONS o’ Fun at the shooting range! :Look! There is some of that tonnage next to her now!

Onward Militant Soldiers
Marching as to war.

Speaking of Fun:
On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the “mostest bestest ever!”, (for a 9yo child) what score would shooting dead a range instructor rate? I wonder if the ranges will charge more for that level of “fun”? I suspect it’d have to be at least a “6” for a 9yo, while it’s probably a 9 or 10 for the parents to watch. and probably a 9 - 10 for a 15yo male. You know - fun for the whole family?

On a capitalist side, how much would parents be willing to pay for the honor of buying their young child’s first “confirmed kill” award?? Gotta be some serious bragging rights there. Fo show.

I can already visualize the NRA video advertizing this new Family Fun Activity titled “Kill Rambo!”, approved for all ages. Coming to a range near you.

The CBC radio program As It Happens had an interview with the gun ranger owner where the shooting death occurred. [/quote]

FIFY!
They do “shooting” there every day, nothing new except the death associated with that one day.

Well, in this case, I believe we have shot the shark.

Cries of agony? Not if you’re doing it right. They simply drop dead.

Funny how a simple Uzi “accident” can spoil all the fun. That and the instructors brains blown to bits, I guess, right in front of everyone and all over the fun area?

Industrial gun accidents seem to be more severe than most. I’ve had to wear a hard hat, steel toe shoes and safety glasses before but never did I consider wearing Kevlar and full combat gear to get through my work day.
The instructor, I believe, had none of the above on, so it was clearly his fault.

This accident was clearly the fault of the instructor, letting a child fire a fully automatic weapon he should have known she wouldn’t be able to control. Now this poor kid will have to live with this for the rest of her life. I doubt she’s ever going to join NRA Women.

Not in any way religious or superstitious, and even I can see the work of Moloch within the NRA. You know it by the baring of teeth with a mouthful of children.

#8 Killing your instructor…ice cream afterwards kids!!!

…and they were hired only because they were hot… IOW’s, marketing tools.

Are we having fun yet, daddy?

A vacation to remember. Imagine a 9 year old having to now live with the fact that she has taken someone’s life. Great fun vacation activity mom and dad! Have more fun paying for years of therapy for your child.

Or, maybe mom and dad think it is not a problem. Maybe they gave the kid a high five and congratulated her on her first kill. Then went home and bragged to family and friends how little Jenny planted one right between the eyes.

The whole fucking country should be jailed for child abuse.

Possibly true, but I’d still start with the NRA

It’s a very positive campaign by the NRA to retort that 9 year old children should be trained to be an active part of a well regulated militia, for fun! We restrict voting rights to those who are 18 years of age. You even have to be 18 to join the military! But every single person, from the moment they achieve the rights of personhood as an embryo, has the Constitutional right to own and fire a deadly weapon. All for fun, of course.

According to the NRA, a loaded Uzi in the hands of a nine year old is entertainment? I can back off of that.

Newsflash! NRA tone deaf! Shocking!
