Maybe. So what? If more people knew what an absolute douchebag Norm Coleman was, and where the GOP was taking the country, Franken might have beaten Coleman by a million votes, photo or no photo.
“If _____ had happened, I would have won” is pointless. Any number of other things might have happened that could have pushed the outcome one way or the other.
Norm certainly has a sense of humor. If Franken decides to run again, i’d bet he’d win. Again. Regardless of his RepubliCon opponent.
