I thought teabuggers, including Kirby Delauter, were all Constitutional scholars, every last one of them. I think this guy, Kirby Delauter, truly believes that the First Amendment means nobody can criticize him, that is, Kirby Delauter.

He must be so gobsmacked after his threats to the little lady didn’t have the desired effect. Not only that, now his attorney is telling him his interpretation of the first amendment is incorrect and he can’t sue the hell out of everyone! OMG! How could his day get any worse? (see below)

I’m pretty sure I’ve never read an editorial so filled with pure mocking contempt. Well-deserved, of course, but it’s just not typical of newspapers to talk that way. This guy is clearly something special in the field of buttheadery.
