Discussion: New RNC Hispanic Media Relations Chief Deleted Tweets Critical Of Trump

“Memory holing” stuff doesn’t work as well as it did in 1984, Ms. Ferré. The interwebs remembers.

If they’re trying to delete tweets that make Trump look bad, shouldn’t they maybe start with, you know, deleting Trump’s twitter account?

When Trump talks about how his latest wife loves Prada, who knew that was a typo and that he really meant “loves Pravda”…?

“At the Republican National Committee, it’s either get on board with Donald Trump or get out.”

Trump forces the GOP establishment to make a craven political calculation:

Resistance or Collaboration? De Gaulle or Quisling?

They now begin the predictable, Soviet-like process of rallying behind Dear Leader.

Those who once mocked Trump will be the most vocal in betraying former allies.

Revising history and publicly denouncing disloyal comrades.

As obedient Party apparatchiks in the New Order.

To escape the coming Trump purge they fear.

And, somewhere, George Orwell smiles…

It’s almost like the RNC wants Trump to lose.

To me this just shows that the RNC is as messed up as Trump himself. The lady couldn’t have been vetted as well as the mail room guys.

This is way off Topic, but the Fields poll also shows that Clinton’s California lead is down to 2 percentage points. Odd that the sample size given on 538 is 571 vs 1002 cited by the SF examiner. Looks like many of them Californianos love them some snake oil.

This agrees with Alan Abramowitz’ model based on Geography, Demographics and political identity, but note that Clinton is still sure to be the nominee on June 7.

Edit N=571 is correct. The difference owes to the fact that the SF Examiner also includes the Republican portion of the respondents
