Carlo, I agree. First, there’s a pic of the helicopter he was in – it did have a gash in it that was ostensibly made by antiaircraft fire. Second, I just think this whole thing has been blown grossly out of proportion. He’s a good anchor, and a good managing editor.

You seem to have missed the story from the pilot of the helicopter that Williams was in… He says that they were in the same formation, and their helicopter did take small arms fire. After the other helicopters went down, they continued on to finish their mission of dropping the bridge section, and then returned to the site of the crash… Accounting for the time difference when the crew of the downed craft said they arrived.

There have been a myriad of opportunities to call out Fox news for their BS, but for some reason the other corporate media outlets refuse to do so, maybe because of the skeletons in their own closest, like this story.
And when you count Rush Limbauggghhahaha as a friend, which Williams does, crap like this is bound to find it’s way to the surface eventually.
