Itās amazing to me that nobody in DC is willing to indict anyone close to trump or big daddy himself. I know about the DoJ rule. But that doesnāt outweigh Section 3 of the 25th amendment to my knowledge.

Rule 6(e)(3)(D) does not require a court order if the information relates to a foreign intelligence operation or attach on the United States. At that point any government official US or otherwise can receive grand jury information and the only thing the DOJ has to do is notify the court who has received it.
No one is asking the DOJ to break the law, but it would be super duper if Barr and Trump would start following it.
