Discussion: Mueller Fears Russian Intel May Use Criminal Case To Obtain Sensitive Info

Well if any of the sensitive information has been provided to Nunes, you know the White House, and therefore probably the Russians, already have it.

From a litigation point of view, Mueller’s requested protective order seems quite sensible and reasonable.

These seem like exciting, uncharted, and above all stupid waters. Phony War with our CinC fawning over the enemy. Going great, everyone.

I have to admit, I’ve never heard Dotard called “Russian Intelligence” before.

This investigation is turning out to be one of the greatest world-wide dragnets in American history.
Mind-boggling for even the brightest. I think Mueller was born for this.

Or actually seen the word intelligent and Trump in the same sentence

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team expressed concern Tuesday that sensitive information and investigative techniques used in its prosecution of Russian meddling in the 2016 election could wind up in the hands of Russian intelligence.

This seems to present an excellent opportunity for Trump to fire Mueller and demand an end to the investigation based on bogus “national security” concerns. Not that Russian Intelligence is the problem, mind you, but what if this info fell into the hands of our new arch-enemy to the north?

“The company, according to Mueller, is controlled by Yevgeniy Prigozhin, a Kremlin-linked restaurateur nicknamed ‘Putin’s Chef’…”

Whatever you do, do NOT order the Novichok Burger!

(And don’t even get me started on the Polonium Soup.)

I like the deal they’re offering: if you want discovery, just appear in court.

Even Bob Corker thinks Donnie is a Russian Bear…

When they’re this protective of methods of intel gathering, it usually involves forms of communications intel, presumably ones the Russians haven’t yet figured out. We might, for ex, have bugs in buildings in Russia. We’re told we had a bug in Brezhnev’s car in his day. When the Russian learn what we know, doesn’t take long to figure out how we know.

In other words: Please don’t share any of this with Nunes or Rohrabacher.

I believe I have seen that. But also included are either are words like “lack” or “barely functional.”

I’m persuaded these two have been compromised by the Russians.

There’s absolutely no other way to explain their blatant betrayal of America.

One can only admire the professionalism, skill, and fortitude of Robert Mueller. He and his team could single-handedly save our country.
