Respectfully, the time for worrying about political optics is long gone. We just need the plain, unvarnished truth, Mr. Mueller.

It isn’t political to talk about crimes against the US of fucking A.
It’s political to NOT talk about crimes against America.
It’s time Mueller get over his secrecy…he produced a report, he needs to testify publicly about it. I can understand leaving the parts that are related to intelligence in private, and Mueller has to respect the Barr redactions (unfortunately), but the rest of it must be placed before the American people. Democrats need to stick to that point, not because Mueller is going to say something that will “save the nation”, but because we need to hear it from Mueller himself, and see to see his reactions, to better understand what happened.
Fucking COWARD! No words. None. Mueller scared of Trump. Good Lord. What is wrong with Republicans?
Go ahead and compromise. Have Mueller sit in front of the cameras and discuss or, simply, read all the damning evidence against Toadglans in his report. Then discuss all of the “redacted” stuff in private.

If talking about the high crimes and misdemeanors committed by somebody is “political”, you can bet your boots the person being discussed is a Republican’t…

Good lord. He needs to testify ASAP. The politicalization of the report occurred two flipping months ago. It’s time to adjust the scales.
Though it won’t solve the perception problem, I’m good with him getting a private session. I’d love to see if Weissman is cool with a public session, but baby steps regarding both.
