Discussion: Moore To Supporters: Election Will Reflect God's Will, 'Whatever He Does'

Boy the GOP is doing a great job of destroying gods image across the country

Which makes me wonder two things:

A. Why is he running for political office in the first place if there is nothing man can do about things?

B. Why do types like Moore hate Muslim fundamentalists so much? He and they have the same sense of fatalism in common.

Moore: “It was also God’s will when I was getting in those young girls’ panties.”

Shameless charlatan.

God wanted me to get thrown out of the mall.

Unless there is a Hobby Lobby there.

And fans of slavery, don’t forget!

God’s never got over that the Bible Superstore franchises went under.

God HATES malls!

It’s in Two Corinthians somewhere.

But I thought God was on their side. It’s all so confusing.

You’re right.

This guy and Marion (Pat) Robertson are a likely pair of apocalyptic bookends.

More horseshit. An election in deep-red Alabama is NOT a referendum on the direction of the country. Virginia, yes. Alabama, no. More nonsense to draw national support/resources with the cherry on top of making Dems who believe this horseshit think they actually lost something when Moore probably wins.

According to their logic it is gods will that they suffer so he can come back to save him from all this sin

So, if he loses it’s God’s fault not because he is a lousy and creepy candidate, or alleged molester, stalker of young teen girls.

Blaming God absolves him of anything and everything -in his world.

Doug Jones’ staff should have had that in their ads.

“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” - Matthew 18:6.

Let the Bible-thumpers deny that!

“God’s will”?? How about the will of the voters of Alabama who show up at the polls tomorrow? I don’t recall God registering to vote. Moore is certifiable.

I would agree that the final Win/lose result is not ultimately a referendum on direction if the country.

But the differences from the historical norm in any given district/ staye is a reflection of the trajectory of things.

All of the near wins in Ruby Red districts, the few wins in OK, the change in ratio in VA legislature are all indication of the political trajectory of the country.

Even if Jones loses but comes within 10 points shows the trajectory toward dems and is ultimately a referendum on Trump.

These are the same people - and there are millions of them - who believe Trump’s “win” was God’s will; one step closer to End Days. God has a sadistic sense of humor.

They just deny it happened! It’s a denial-fest of Biblical proportions big-ass denial-fest.
