How can he think that provisional ballots will help? My understanding was that provisional ballots were for people who encountered some problem at the polls–no ID, wrong polling place, etc. In Alabama, that is likely to be almost entirely people who are poor and in underserved communities–not the Pharisees who vote for people like Moore.
Is he fundraising for the recount? Grifters gotta grift, and this may be his last chance to fleece the flock.
