And it doesn’t matter if he doesn’t concede. Concession is purely ceremonial, it means nothing officially. All this illustrates is that Moore is a sore loser. His party has gleefully thrown him under a bus, he’s still going to face prosecution from his accusers, and Sassy the horse has run away from him. It’s over, all he’s doing at this point is being a crybaby who’s prolonging his humiliation

Sorry but please speak for yourself because I would not support him. And, if there was an accused Democratic ephebophile running for a Senate seat he/she would have been forced to drop out, not encouraged to continue his bid. Sometimes the Dems do have the moral high ground, this is one of those times.
(P.S. - I supported Fraken because I truly believed it was a smear/hit job by Stone. Now I know better and am glad he decided to retire)

There’s not going to be a recount. Somehow the pundits have missed a provision of Alabama election law that provides that the results of a federal election are final and will not be recounted. Recounts in state elections in Alabama, but not federal elections. So Moore can be fundraising for it, the way Trump solicits charitable contributions for his Foundation, but those funds will find their way only to the Moore family.
